Kerala Puzhukku Recipe


Ingredients


Sweet Potato – 2 nos.
Chembu/yam - 2 nos.
Kappa/Tapioca – 1 medium sized
Salt to taste
Water – to cook the puzhukku

Method


Clean the yam, sweet potato & tapioca ingredients and cut it into equal sized cubes to equally cook them. Heat a vessel, add water, add enough salt and add the cut cubed ingredients. See to it that the water level is above the ingredients. Allow the water to boil and cook the contents. When cooked and done, drain away the excess water. Drain it well and serve in a plate with onion chutney and coconut chutney.
